How long have you had this little girl? If she is only 4 months, I am assuming you have not had her that long, yet. Ocicats, sometimes, take a while to adjust; and, then, all the sudden, cannot get enough of you. Also, even though the breed is known for their intelligence and playfulness, there are variances from cat to cat. That happens with ANY breed. The best you can do is to determine that when picking a kitten; and, going with the breeder's experience in identifying potential personality quirks. She very well may be fine, as more time passes. But, there is no guarantee. I can help, the best I can, as time passess and you want more info as to how you can socialize her. Most of that is done, when the kitten is quite young.....starting with the mother and how much the breeder works with the kittens; BUT, to some extent, personality is there from day one, and sometimes, doesn't change.
