I took Peanut into my bedroom to show her a comfortable spot in front of a window there, and she eventually sneaked up under my dresser. She's been there, oh, about 5 hours.... I pushed a food bowl under there, and she ate one piece. I pulled out the bowl so she'd have to come out to eat, but she didn't. She hasn't had any water since we got back from the vet around 11 am. She also hasn't been to the litterbox since way before then.

When I reach under the dresser to pet her, she's shaking. I'm sure she's afraid, but I can't get her out. Have I totally freaked her out???

Any advice?
