Sounds like things are getting back to normal at your house. It really is nice to hear some good news for a change!! Tell Bill to take care with that thumb. I saw a program on Emergency Vets on the Animal Planet and cat bites are not to be taken lightly. ALLS WELL THAT END WELL! Please give Mitzi a kiss for us.

: Mitzi is adjusting well to being an indoor-only kitty again. She's still a little hesitant but purrs nonstop whenever she's with us. The first night was just like when she was a kitten. We kept her in the bathroom overnight (in case of fleas etc....) but she was crying so much that I ended up sleeping in there with her! I've flea combed her several times and she is surprisingly clean. Yesterday I picked up Frontline at the vet's and gave her and Charlie a dose each. Right now we're keeping the two of them apart until Mitzi sees the vet. They don't want a stool sample until next week- I guess worms may not show up until then. Since Mitzi is doing so well, we moved her into the bedroom and last night was the first night we slept in the bedroom since she's been gone (we've been sleeping in the breezeway in case she came home at night). Bill had to get antibiotics for his thumb and it's still swollen. Mitzi does have a tiny flap of skin on the back of 1 ear - I don't know what it's from but I can't pull it off. Otherwise all is well.
