I'm not familiar with Allegra, but I do use Claritin on a regular basis. I am not allergic to cats, but I have sinus troubles, and I just wonder if your physician may be able to offer you something else. I cannot find the words to post more, I hope you can try the bathing and see if that would help, plus talk with your physician. I understand completely the allergies taking over your life, but I do so hope there is some way to keep BiJou, I'm praying hard.................................Traci
