I finally ended up buying TRV11. With the initial testing the pic quality seemd to be good. Still lot more to try out.

: you probably won't be able to tell them apart. they are pretty much the same although some has said that the TRV11 is slightly better. feature wise, they are almost the same except for the 25X optical zoom on the D8's and only 10X for the DV. also, the TRV11 has audio dub feature whereas the D8 doesn't. still pictures are also better on the TRV11.
