Antique miniature Mail Box

I found a miniature mail box bank, black, 2-1/4" X
2-1/2" X 5-1/" high, cast iron, front side: Letters,
U S, sides, Air Mail, Inside "IRON ART JM 99".

Can anyone identify this antique and estimate a value.
I presume the Mfg. is "Iron Art", by JM in 1899.

Please advise.
