219 is not necessarilly high. You need to know the breakdown of LDL and HDL. If your HDL is 70 or 80 and your LDL is around 130, then it's not really high.

: 219 is EXTREMELY high, especially for a 21 year old. You may need to follow up w/ exercise and less McDonalds and Burger King.
