It seems that after being on 10mg of Lipitor for two months, improving my diet, and increasing workout times has not helped my Cholestoral level of 232 and tryglcerides of 404.
Does stress have an impact on these numbers?
Can years of bad cholestoral prevent levels from decreasing over a short period of time?
I am not pleased about being on Lipitor, so are there any alternative natural supplements or diets that might help?
Both parents have high cholestoral.
My age 37, white male
I am 5'11",210lbs:lift weights, mountain/road bike, and or do circuit training daily.
