I recently went to the doctor for my annual check-up in January and found that my cholestorol was very high 279. I starting eating more fruits, cereal, oatmeal and vegetables. I stop eating the fried foods.
I eat grilled or baked foods. But I had my cholestorol checked again and its still high 249, what can I do to get a stable level of 199?
Is it hereditary?
