Hello,

You may see that I have answered other questions about Cholesterol listed on this board. I can only tell you that I had a Cholesterol reading of 230 and Triglycerides higher than that. I am 53 years old and have many friends that are doctors, but most of them only want to put you on pills to try and resolve these issues. I am one that would rather do it by eating healthy without medications. I have done extensive research, and found a Dr. John McDougall who is out of California. Dr. McDougall has done research over many years regarding why certain people can live a long and healthy life and others have many health problems. I reduced my Cholesterol level from 230 to 152 in less than 3 Months by following his advice on eating correctly and also exercising. Please look up the McDougall Program on the net through a search engine such as www.google.com and you will find the answers to the question of how can I lower my Cholesterol. I also lowered my blood pressure from 180/105 with a pulse rate of 85 to 120/71 with a pulse of 58. I can only tell you that it is possible to be healthy without taking all kinds of medication and your food bills will drop also.

Good Luck,

Rick
