Hello Humberto,
I had a Cholesterol reading of 230 and by following the advice of Dr. John McDougall which is a medical internist from California, I reduced my Cholesterol to 152 within 3 months time. This will require you to change the way you think about eating and exercise. By the way you will also find other beneficial things such as weight loss and reduction in blood pressure if you have issues with these as well. I recommend you get on the net and look for the McDougall Program through a search engine such as www.Google.com and I am confident you can have the same success that I have found. This is not a short term fix, but rather a life style change.
Good Luck!!
Rick
