My doctor recently told me that a blood test showed my cholestoral was high. He said one reading was 225 and should be below 200; the other reading was 135 and should be 100 - 120.
I'm guessing that the first figure was the total and the second the LDL. Is that a fair guess? Are my numbers really high or just borderline? I eat little red meat, so what would be a good way to lower these numbers?
