If you go to my page on Attractions - Aran Islands (www.irelandexpert.com/the_west_aran_islands.htm), you will get links to both Island Ferries and Aran Direct. Both web sites list sailings to Inis Meain, but they are not very convenient in April on the same day as a trip to Inis Mor.
However, if it's just the middle island that you want, then consider flying Aer Arann - they have a regular schedule to Inis Meain - www.aerarannislands.ie.
