Dear Eileen,
The Killarney Towers Hotel is a member of th O'Donoghue-Ring group. You can go to their web site (www.odonoghue-ring-hotels.com/killarney-towers) and send a message via their "Contact Us" section and put in your request to the hotel. Or, as you suggest, phone them, bearing in mind that they are 5 hours ahead of NY time. It is best to phone on Sat-Sun when call rates are lowest.
If this does not work, then I would suggest phoning the Killarney Tourist Office, tel. 064-31633 or email corkkerryinfo@failteireland.ie
