Did you get your tickets and final documents yet? If so, you should have a booklet "Know Before You Go." The Tipping guidelines are in the "Traveling on your coach tour" section, p. 19. (At least that was the page number in the 2006 booklet - it may be slightly different for 2007). Check that booklet! It is a fund of info.
