Dear TJ,
Train service from Dublin to Kilkenny goes from Dublin's Heuston Station (one of three) to Kilkenny Station (only one). The best way to get from Dublin Airport to Heuston Station (other than taxi) is via Dublin Bus AirLink Express Bus (see link on my Links Page). The bus stops at Heuston Station.
