Hi--
I've got two questions related to your recruiting
practice. First, who actually pays for the service
you provide? Does the employer pay, or does the
recruitee end up paying some or all of the fee?
Second, what controls exist regarding giving people
access to my resume? It would be nice for the
recruitee to have a say in where their resume goes,
especially if their current employer does not know
that they are looking for another job.
